Betting 9 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the betting 9 platform, accessible at betting9.app and any associated mobile-optimised versions. The operator of betting 9 is referred to throughout these Terms as "betting 9", "we", "us", or "our". Users of the platform are referred to as "you", "player", or "account holder".

By registering an account on betting 9 you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any product-specific rules published on the betting 9 platform — including casino game rules, sportsbook betting rules, bonus terms, and the VIP Club programme terms. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule takes precedence for that product only.

02Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use betting 9 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betting 9 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Corporate accounts, agent accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — either one you have placed on your own betting 9 account or one registered with an external responsible gambling organisation that covers the betting 9 platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. False registration information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used to fund your account. Funding an account using payment methods belonging to another person is prohibited.

Each person is permitted to hold one betting 9 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a material breach of these Terms. Betting 9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances therein if duplicate accounts are identified.

Betting 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued CNIC, proof of mobile number ownership, or proof of payment method ownership. Where verification is requested, access to deposits, withdrawals, or both may be suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

03Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on betting 9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied to account balances.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on betting 9 is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly for mobile wallet methods and within standard banking processing times for IBFT transfers.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Betting 9 targets a withdrawal processing time of under two minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash to mobile wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two working days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification as described in Section 2. Where verification is required, the withdrawal will be held pending until verification is complete. Betting 9 will not unreasonably delay this process — verification requests are typically resolved within 24 hours.

Betting 9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges from your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply and are outside our control.

04Bonuses and Promotions

Betting 9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming. The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money balance is used first for wagering unless your real money balance is zero.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each bonus offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period and are removed from the account.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus balance. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use by the account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per household or payment method.
• Betting 9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and to decline or cancel a bonus credit where there is evidence of abuse.

05Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the betting 9 platform, including cricket, football, and all other sports markets.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event or market. For cricket, the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition is used. For live in-play markets, settlement is based on the state of play at the point the market closes.

Abandoned and Voided Events: If a match is abandoned before the completion of the minimum play required to produce an official result, bets on that match will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific abandonment rules for each sport are published in the betting 9 sports rules section.

Void Bets: Bets may be voided where: a bet is placed after an event has concluded, the event or market is cancelled, betting 9 identifies a system error in odds pricing, or the bet falls outside the terms of the applicable market rules.

Maximum Payout: Individual markets carry maximum payout limits which are displayed in the market information. Where a bet's potential return exceeds the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum regardless of the odds accepted.

Odds Errors: Betting 9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. An erroneous price is one that is manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price for the event at the time of placement.

06Casino Games

All casino games available on betting 9 — including slots, roulette, live dealer tables, crash games, card games, and game shows — are operated under the following general rules:

• RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by professional dealers and are not influenced by software after the round begins.
• Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The seed values for each round are made available for player verification after round completion.
• Published RTP percentages are accurate certified figures based on independent audit results. Actual returns in any individual session will vary from the published RTP due to the inherent variance of all casino games.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a demonstrable technical malfunction affects a game round on betting 9, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing bets.

07VIP Club

The betting 9 VIP Club programme automatically enrols all registered players at Silver tier. Tier progression, cashback rates, and all other VIP benefits are governed by the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page. The following general terms apply:

• Loyalty points are earned only on real money wagers. Wagers placed using bonus balance do not generate loyalty points.
• Monthly points totals determine the following month's tier. Points do not accumulate across months — only tier status carries forward.
• A one-month grace period applies to tier reductions. A single quiet month will not immediately reduce your tier.
• Weekly cashback is applied to net losses only. Cashback is credited as real PKR balance every Monday. A single 1× wagering requirement applies before withdrawal.
• Betting 9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Club programme with reasonable notice. Accrued cashback at the time of any programme change will be honoured.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betting 9. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account where they are already registered or excluded.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in ways not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform software for financial gain. Where such exploitation is identified, all returns from the affected sessions will be void.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financially criminal purpose.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without that player's explicit consent.
• Any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at betting 9 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

09Responsible Gaming

Betting 9 is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful. Our responsible gaming tools are designed to help players maintain control and are available to all account holders through the account settings menu.

The following tools are available directly in your betting 9 account settings without requiring contact with support:

12Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability.

Our liability to any player in respect of any single incident or claim is limited to the value of the player's real money balance at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

Betting 9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the betting 9 platform.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of this page. Continuing to use betting 9 after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any balance before the effective date.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements — may be made without advance notice but will always be reflected in the updated version of these Terms.
